After months of participatory planning involving staff, community members, and key stakeholders, Kwigema Foundation is proud to present its Strategic Plan for 2025/26 – 2027/28. This roadmap will guide our programs and projects for the next three years.
The plan is built around seven strategic objectives:
1. **HIV/AIDS Prevention and Healthcare Access** – Reducing new infections and improving treatment uptake in our target communities.
2. **Community Welfare Education** – Empowering citizens through awareness and training on social rights, child protection, and gender equality.
3. **Social Services through Development Projects** – Implementing quality community infrastructure and service delivery projects.
4. **Health and Rights Education** – Building community capacity to claim health rights and access justice.
5. **Cultural Heritage Preservation** – Documenting and promoting Tanzanian traditions, arts, and cultural identity.
6. **Economic and Psychological Wellbeing through Arts and Sports** – Using cultural festivals, music, and sports to generate income and improve mental health.
7. **Organizational Development** – Strengthening our team, systems, and infrastructure for maximum impact.
Each objective is supported by clear strategies, measurable indicators, and a robust monitoring and evaluation framework. We believe this plan positions Kwigema Foundation for meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of the people we serve.
